This meditation is a practice in "Simply Being Here." This meditation includes 3 minutes of full instructions for you to be able to learn this meditation on your own as you practice it, as well as 10 minutes of silence built in for practice. Mid-practice, there will be a reminder set of instructions dictated.
This meditation serves as good practice for those individuals who;
- have physical and mental anxiety in idle moments
- have very busy days with little to no downtime (work, family - you name it)
- would like to learn the basics of Zen meditation
Overall, this meditation is helpful for drinking our cups of coffee in peace.
